1. New clients (or existing clients with a pet new to our services) are required to accept and partake in  our complementary Meet & Greet service prior to their inital booking. This allows your assigned Beauchamp Walker pet professional to get to know your pet - their personaility, needs, temperament, and quirks, as well as provide you with reassurance that your pet is happy and comfortable with us. This also gives our clients the opportunity to ask any questions they may have before entrusting their pet into our care, allowing for the utmost confidence in our team and services. The Meet & Greet service is available for add-on booking during service selection. If a new client makes a booking without selecting the complementary Meet & Greet service, our team will reach out to them to organise a Meet & Greet and remind them this is a non-negotionable for our services. New clients who refuse their complementary Meet & Greet or fail to agree to a date and time before their booked service will have their booking cancelled with our cancellation and refund policy in mind. The complementary Meet & Greet service is provided for up to one hour.

Walking Services

Dogs in our care display trust, playfulness and an enthusiasm for our time together.  Our team achieves this through our innate excitement to get to know your dog and spend quality time with them.  We are commited to adopting positive and reward based reinforcement methods which are proven to be the most supportive for a dog's wellbeing.

10. Walks will last no less than their booked duration, however in the case of health and safety risks to dogs or our team, walks may be cut short. Reasons for a walk to be cut short would be injury to dogs or staff, and extreme weather such as heat, thunderstorms or heavy snow. The health and safety of the dogs in our care is always put first. We can reccomend alternative services such as a home visit in these cases.

11. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that your dog is present and ready for collection on the day of their walk. Pick up and drop off times will vary depending on the home locations of the dogs being walked, the location of our walks, traffic, and weather conditions. Dogs may be collected up to 45 minutes before there scheduled walk and dropped off up to 50 minutes after their walk.

12. Clients accept and understand that our walking services do not take place in secure fields.  Our walk routes will always be in safe locations such as countryside, woodland and heathland that are away from traffic and roads with more mental stimulation and enrichment than a secure field can provide.

13. Dogs will be returned towel dried from their walk (unless booked in for a Bath, Brush & Blowdry). Clients undertsand that given the great British weather, it is not always possible to return dogs completely dry. It is the client's responsibility to leave a towel by in the entrance of the home and advise the best place to leave your dog in the event that they are not 100% dry.

14. If your dog requires to be fed or administered medication upon return from their walk, clients are asked to please make sure this is noted in their intake form or during their complimentary Meet & Greet appointment.  Clients are asked to leave the necessary food and medication out with clear instructions. â€‹

7.  All dogs in our care must be fully vaccinated, including being vaccinated against kennel cough, with a regular flea and worm control regime.  If you have had your dog vaccinated against kennel cough you must wait for  7  days after the vaccination has been administered for your dog to use our services.

8. All dogs must be microchipped and have a clear identity tag on either their collar or harness.

9. It is agreed that the first walk for each dog is undertaken on a trial basis to ensure that they are comfortable in our care, are not a danger to our team, and are well-behaved, trained, socialised, and if applicable - suitable for group dog walks.

15. Beauchamp Walker holds the right to cancel or decline to provide walks for female dogs that are in season and non-neutered males over the age of 12 months on to our walks.

16. Beauchamp Walker holds the right to cancel or decline services to aggressive dogs that we feel put our staff at risk of serious injury and clients who are verbally abusive, or do not abide by our T&C's.
