Service Description
Our overnight stay service provides your pet's home comforts when you can't be there. The overnight home stay service includes round the clock care for your pet from 7pm to 7am for up to 7 in your own home. This service includes feeding, playtime, keeping your pet company, toilet trips and/or litter tray cleaning. This service suits dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, small pets, elderly pets, unwell pets, pets with separation anxiety and housebound pets. First time clients are offered a complementary meet and greet service, allowing us to meet you and your pet(s), answer any questions, and collect keys if necessary for up to 1 hour.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice when cancelling your booking. Cancellations made with 48 hours notice will be refunded 50%. Cancellations made on the day or with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge when given no less than 24 hours notice.
