Service Description
Our home visit service provides your pet's home comforts when you can't be there. The home visit service includes a visit duration of your choosing, with feeding, play, company and toilet trip. This service is great for puppies, kittens, small pets, elderly pets, unwell pets, pets with separation anxiety and housebound pets. We are able to provide a bath, brush and groom add on for this service. First time clients are offered a complementary meet and greet service, allowing us to meet you and your pet(s), answer any questions, and collect keys if necessary for up to 1 hour.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice when cancelling your booking. Cancellations made with 48 hours notice will be refunded 50%. Cancellations made on the day or with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge when given no less than 24 hours notice.
